Return Polcy
All claims must be made within 15 days of the receipt of items.
Return / Exchange item(s) must be in re-sellable condition. ( except defective item(s) )
No returns will be accepted without our authorization.
No returns will be authorized past 30 days from invoice.
Copy of an invoice must be submitted with return / exchange item(s).
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping of your return item(s).

Volume Purchase

Basic Guideline of importing our jewelry directly from factory
1: minimum order
US$5000 total and up for each purchase
2: Payment Term
T/T, L/C : Full Payment Before Delivery
30% Deposit is required to start producing your order
Balance (70%) payment is required to ship your order out.

4: Shipment
Directly from Thailand Factory. ( your courier account number will be required )
Courier : FedEx, Brinks UPS, DHL, Malca Amit etc, at customers conveniences
5: Estimate Shipping Date
45days from the date we receive 30% deposit.
*depending on current production schedule, it may take longer.
6: Terms and Conditions
All claims must be made within 30 days after shipment received.
Any notice after 30 days of delivery and all repairs will be charged for any cost such as labor, stones replacement, shipping etc. Copy of invoice must be shown for all claims.

1:Master Mold charge
$75 minimum appx. $300 depend on the difficulty.
2:Minimum Qty (925 silver items oxidized, rhodium plated and vermeil) based on your cost per piece

3:Minimum Qty
(9k,14k&18k yellow and white gold) based on your cost per piece

4:Process
