R ( "rare" in French ) Group was started by Katsuyoshi Tanaka in 1981 as a
Sales Head Quater Office in Tokyo Japan.
Specializing in re-producing High-Quality Hand-Crafted Victorian Antique
Jewelry, we have been pursuing the quality and the rareness of our exclusive
jewelry collection ever since.
With the rapid and successful growth, he has established the manufacturing
factory in Thailand since 1996.
Now our unique jewels are designed by our in-house designers and are crafted
by our in-house craftmen.
All of our affiliates, including Sales Dept. in Osaka Japan and the
manufacturing factory in Shanghai China, has been operating through
international jewelry shows in worldwide for years.

Inspired by authentic pieces, our in-house designers successfully re-create

Quality
Our incredibly talented mastermold makers create the pieces carefully from
the design sketches.
More than 200 craftmen in Thailand and China have been in charge of our high
quality hand crafted jewelry for decade.
Garnet
We have been proudly presenting our highest quality of large cabochon
Phirope Garnet in karat gold.
Our garnet is even rarer and more valuable with its irregular size cut on
closed-setting ring mount.
It was also very popular in Victorian Era.
Seed Pearl
Our fresh water seed pearls are carefully selected, the size is as small as
1.3mm-2.0mm in diameter yet its shape is perfectly round.
Each pearls is securely set by prongs or posts with glue ( pearls are
half-drilled ) by craftmen.
Delicately mounted on fine gold / silver filigree design with gems, the
rareness and the elegance of the seed pearl will deeply fascinate you.
Marcasite
Loved as the substitute for diamond in eighteen century, our marcasite
shines gently on its oxydized silver mount.
Our hexahedron cut marcasite is set by prongs by craftmen, not by glue,
which is the secret of our quality silver collection.
